The Win a Levi’s® Woody Doll ("Competition") is conducted by LEVI STRAUSS (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD (“LS” or “us or we”), ABN 67 000 607 965, Level 7, 11 – 29 Eastern Road, South Melbourne, Victoria 3205 Australia. |
COMPETITION PERIOD |
The Competition commences at 12:01AM (AEDT) on 14/11/2025 and closes at 11:59PM (AEDT) on 30/11/2025 (“Competition Period”). |
ELIGIBILITY |
Entry is only open to residents of Australia: a) are at least 18 years or older at the time of entry or has their parent or guardian’s consent; and b) are not LS employees; or c) are not an immediate family member (spouse, parent, sibling or child) of a person described in (b) above, ("Eligible Entrants"). |
ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS |
To enter the Competition, Eligible Entrants must complete the following during the Competition Period: a) Sign up to the Levi’s® RED TAB™ loyalty program via the https://levis.com.au/pages/redtabprogram landing page, by submitting an online form. b) Upload a photo featuring the Entrant wearing products from the Levi’s® x Toy Story collaboration, and submit the entrant’s name and email, via an online form at https://levis.com.au/pages/toy-story-woody-doll-competition. No entry fee is charged to enter the Competition. |

PRIZE |
A total of three (3) winners will be selected based on the Judging Criteria ("Winners"). Each Winner will win one (1) Woody doll wearing Levi’s® jeans, worth AUD110 each (the “Prizes”). The total value of all the Prizes will not exceed AUD 330. Each Eligible Entrant is only eligible to win one (1) Prize. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, returnable or redeemable for cash. |
JUDGING CRITERIA |
Each entry will be judged based on its creativity, originality and relevance to the Competition. The Winners will be judged and selected by a panel established by LS. |
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION |
LS will conduct the draw within 3 days after the end of the Competition Period, by 11:59PM (AEST) on 3/12/2025 at LEVI STRAUSS (AUSTRALIA) PTY LTD, Level 7, 11 – 29 Eastern Road, South Melbourne, Victoria 3205 Australia. The Winners will be notified within 3 business days of the draw, via a winners’ announcement email notification to the email address provided by the Eligible Entrants on the entry form. LS accepts no liability if a Winner fails to receive notices due to spam, junk mail or other security settings, or if a Winner has provided incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. The Winners’ names may be published on the Levi’s® website and Levi’s® social media channels. |
HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE |
Each Winner must, within seven (7) business days of receiving email notification , send a reply email to the LS with the Winner’s full name and delivery address and indicating the Winner’s acceptance of the Prize. Winners shall have no right to claim for the difference between the value of the purchased product(s) and the Prize. |
UNCLAIMED PRIZES |
If a Winner is uncontactable or fails to claim their Prize according to these Competition Terms, the Winner will be taken to have forfeited the Prize. A redraw shall take place within seven (7) business days and the Winner of the redraw will be notified in the same manner as described in these Competition Terms. |
RESOLVING DISPUTES |
Complaints regarding the Competition may be submitted by email to customercare@levis.com.au If there is a dispute concerning the complaint, the decision of LS is final and binding and no further correspondence will be entered into. |
OTHER TERMS |
1.LS reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award the Prize, where false or misleading details have been given by you, or you have behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner or in breach of any of these Competition Terms. Any entry not complying with these Competition terms is invalid. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the LS's discretion. 2. As a condition of claiming a Prize, you consent to: a. your name and/or photograph being used for LS’s promotional purposes and agree to make yourself reasonably available for this purpose; and b. the publication of your name and address in accordance with these Competition Terms. 3. All personal information you provide us in connection with the Competition will be used and disclosed for the purpose of running the Competition, and otherwise in accordance with LS’s privacy policy (available here). If you win a Prize, we may need to disclose your personal information to third parties involved with providing and delivering the Prize to you. If you do not provide your personal information, you may be ineligible to enter or claim a Prize in the Competition. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for the LS and its agencies to use Winner’s name, image, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 4. LS and its related entities, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or willful misconduct) arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the Competition. 5. LS is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the Competition. LS will not be responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries received due to technical problems. Records of LS and its agencies are final and conclusive as to the time of receipt of an entry. 6. Failure by LS to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights. 7. If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned (including, but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of LS which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition), LS may, subject to the approval of all relevant regulatory authorities, take any action that may be available including cancelling, terminating, modifying or suspending the Competition. 8. Except where prohibited by law, these Competition Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any action, suit, or case arising out of, or in connection with, the Competition or these Competition Terms must be brought in either the federal or state courts located in Victoria, Australia. |
