What is your return policy?

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, returning an item is easy using our flat rate post option.

We offer refund only. Should you require a different, size or colour, you will need to re-purchase.

Please note that returned items must be received within 30 days of the shipping confirmation date, and that items must be in their original condition, where the item is unworn, unwashed and has all tags attached. Final sales, promotional items or opened packaged items may be non-refundable. Levi's® reserves the right to deny refund if the item does not meet its Return Policy guidelines.

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or your item proves to be defective in workmanship or materials even after 30 days with normal wear (excluding stains), please contact our Customer Care Team who will accept the item for assessment and provide a refund if validated as faulty.

ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

If you received an item which is damaged upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care team immediately. You have the right to a full refund on all shipments that arrive damaged provided you inform us within one week of receiving the package. To return an item, please follow the Return Instructions. Once the item is received, we will assess and validate. If approved, we will refund the purchase price and shipping fee of the damaged item.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7-10 working days. Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information. If an item is returned that does not comply with our Returns Policy, we will not approve and process the refund. We reserve the right to not return an item which does not comply with our Returns Policy. Please contact our Customer Care team to enquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure.

How do I return a levis.co.nz online order?

  1. Using the Packing slip enclosed with your order, or print your Order Confirmation email, to clearly mark the items/s being returned.
  2. Ensure your Order Number and Full Name is clearly written on the paperwork.
  3. Securely pack your items in new or original packaging (ensuring that any old labels are removed or covered) and ensure your marked up paperwork is enclosed

  4. Send this parcel via New Zealand Post, where standard shipping fees will apply and are payable at New Zealand Post.

Please note, that all return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the items are deemed to be defective as per the Levi’s® Returns Policy or the result of a shipping error.

As soon as we receive your return, we will proceed with the returns check and validation. Once the return has been approved, we will notify you by email and your refund will be credited within 7-10 working days.
